website malware removal

I have shared hosting on a few wordpress websites that have been infected by malware. Although I have used a security company to clean them there is a process that is recreating the .htaccess so that they keep getting reinfected. I would like the websites to be cleaned and then move to them a better hosting company and close the existing shared hosting account.
