My website is down. Was trying to add security and removing malwares (read description)

Hi my website was previously attempted for a admin password change by someone . So i was trying to add security by removing malwares and adding security by a another freelancer. He messed up the things. Now website is completely down and not replying to my messages . I need someone to restore my website and get everything as normal. please help.
