software programming

I am looking for a software programmer to help me with a project. The timeframe for completion is flexible, and I have not yet determined the programming language to be used. The software's main purpose is undecided as of now as well; however, I am open to exploring the possibilities of data analysis, web development, or mobile app development. As the project progresses, I may decide which features and technologies are best for me. I am excited to work with a talented programmer to create an innovative and successful software project.
