secured moodle setup on aws

Hello! I am looking for an experienced developer to help me with my secure Moodle setup on AWS. I have chosen AWS as my cloud provider and I need a new setup from scratch with out any dependance on third party. The level of security I'm looking for is advanced, including SSL, firewall, DDoS protection, and intrusion detection.
