Re-organization FTP server with users and domains and other logic improvements.

I need somebody for a fast re-organization to connect the new user names I have created to the correct domains. Main reason is to prevent malware spreading on other sites in the VPN server.
Furthermore I need a specialist to handle any other improvement that can be made to structure and secure the server and content of the domains.
