• Current IT Security Policies
• Current SOC 1
• Current SOC 2/3 if available (with trust principle(s) appropriate to support relationship)
• Current ISO certification(s)
• Current BC/DR Plan
• BC/DR testing specific to the program
• Third-Party Management Policy
• Evidence supporting third-party review of critical vendors (I.e. customer support provider, hosting provider, etc.)
• Third-Party Due Diligence Attestation
• Memo explaining how you would notify (I.e., responsible parties, timing, etc.) if there was an incident of compromise that could potentially impact CFSB
