incorrect adult content filter

dns site security issues. My website has interment issues for some iphone users which will reirect them to their phone provider e.g. o2/ Three and request age verification because it thinks my site is 18+/ has adult content which is not the case. I only sell beauty/ hair extension products. I've had my store on shopify for 8 years, no issues until a few weeks ago.
