hack a scammer's crypto wallet -- 2

Hi. I am a young mum and an artist. I was recently scammed on instagram and transferred 13k worth of bitcoin to a scammer's wallet. I wonder if this can be retrieved with the help of a hacker.

I transferred from my Binance account. I have screenshots of all the exchange and the transfer.
