google ads is not approving in my wordpress website

google ads is not approving in my wordpress website , Google is saying i've virus in my website ..
I already clean infected files, Also all plugin/themes are upto date , wp is 5.7.2
Hosting also scan but no virus ,

i also scan online tools but there is no virus

So i will pay and give 5 ***** When my google ads will approve

long term with low rate i will consider
