find out how my phone is hacked remove and protect

my phone and my routers have both been hacked and i have wardrive screnshots that show it.. i think my ex hired a private eye but is breakng the law to get their info now its become pretty brazen and they are getting to a point where i need to do something or they will ruin my job.. life etc..i need a trustworthy security expert
