dApp Development on New Blockchains Network

I'm looking for a skilled blockchain developer with web3 experience to create a decentralized application (dApp) on a complete new blockchain network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a dApp from scratch on a new blockchain network.
- Implement and optimize the use of the Proof of Authority (PoA) consensus mechanism.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in blockchain and web3 development.
- Strong knowledge of creating and deploying dApps.
- Prior experience working on a complete new blockchain network is a plus.
- Deep understanding of the Proof of Authority (PoA) consensus mechanism.
