Wordpress site hacked.

Our site has been hacked.
It started with the japanese hack:

It was created many hundred of thousand virituel pages. Google does not liked this. And we lost possition in search engine.
We found some code, but some is still wrong.
Google Ads is not working any more. Support at Google say we must fix this:

If you know what this is or think you know what it is, then i send the sitename to you IF you ask for sitename.
Then i avoid autobid. So write a bid or pm. Then i sendt the sitename if you ask for sitename.
What you must solve:
1)
We must have a firm that can find the problem and solve it so Google Ads is up and running.
We must be accepted in Google Ads again.
Google Ads say imidately after fixing code we can ask for new review and then it will be ok in 24 hours.
2)
You must find a solution why we have (right now) 118.000 internal pages.
We have around 70 pages. This number must go down. Google does not like it and we have low ranking in Google. We was very high, but now, very invinsible.
You can have access to FTP, DB and also Google Search console.
