The website has an .htaccess refresh so when I try to edit the file permissions to change it and refresh the plesk file list the permissions go back to read only
I have attempted to fix the hacking issue myself, but I have been unsuccessful. My website has been infected with malware or a virus, and I need assistance in resolving this issue. Unfortunately, I do not have a backup of my website.
