Wordpress Security/Vunerability Issues

We believe our WordPress site has been hacked.
After three of four clicks in the site the users is taken to an external porn link. There must be some code or a plug in causing this but we dont have the skill to make good.
We require someone to take a look at the site and clean the malware/plug in and make good.
We need this executing ASAP and project to start now.
