The primary issue identified is the presence of infected .htaccess files across multiple directories.

Tasks:

Review and Clean .htaccess Files:

Manually inspect and clean infected .htaccess files in various directories.
Remove any suspicious code, redirects, or unauthorized modifications.
Security Scanning and Analysis:

Utilize security plugins or online scanners to conduct a thorough scan of the WordPress installation for malware and vulnerabilities.
Perform a detailed analysis of files and the database to identify and address security weaknesses.
Update and Patch:

Ensure that WordPress, themes, and plugins are up to date to mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
Password Management:

Change all passwords associated with the WordPress site, including admin passwords, database passwords, and FTP passwords.
Security Audit:
