Website Vulnerability Assessment & DDoS Troubleshooting

My website has been experiencing crashes and downtime, and I'm seeking a professional to help diagnose potential vulnerabilities. While I suspect these issues could be due to DDoS attacks, I have Cloudflare in place, so I don't believe it's solely that.
