Website Reconstruction After Hacking Hosting Issues -- 2

Criminal defense law firm website. Mostly informational, My website has been down for a few months. I redid my hosting company and have all the files, images, and coding still in my control panel. Need to update and tune up my website and have stronger protection against phishing and hacking sites. Would like a short term commitment to help me redo and get the site up and running again and then a bimonthly commitment to check and run scans on my site to defeat any security issues. Thank you.
