Features include email notification, price control based on percentages (like taxes), payout via electronic payment to the bank, Venmo, Zelle, cash app, affiliate sponsor spaces, advertising space control (banner ad size and frequency control for PPC, PPM), the site must be phone responsive in sizing.

I expect the menus, home page, and subpage templates to be designed.
