Website Cleanup - Malware

As the owner of a website, I am looking for help cleaning up my site from malware. Unfortunately, I can't identify the exact type of malware present, but it's definitely there. As of now I don't have a backup of the website, so making one will need to be part of the cleanup process. What I do have access to are either hosting account or FTP credentials, which may be useful in dealing with the issue. I am looking for someone who can do an efficient job of cleaning up the site and protecting it from future malware threats.
