Want to get back my gmail account which is been hacked

Hi,
My gmail account is hacked and the person has changed the recovery email id, recovery phone no.
I have captured the recovery email id, which I got from email received when the person updated the recovery email id.
I don't know my email password and the person perhaps changed the password as from today I'm not getting any new email.
Is there a possibility to get back my email id?
Can I ask Google to get the account back to me.
