WHM/CPANEL accounts Transfer to other server via Teamviewer.

i Need to transfer all accounts from one WHM/CPANEL installation to another WHM/CPANEL
When i try to use the transfer tool, i get error: Cant connect.
I need someone who know allot about this and is able to fix it through teamviewer.
ERROR CODE:
(XID wb4hte) The system failed to connect to “[login to view URL]” on port “22” because of an error: No route to host Failed to establish session and parse security token: 599 Internal Exception (Could not connect to '[login to view URL]:2087': No route to host ) at /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/532/lib/perl5/cpanel_lib/cPanel/PublicAPI.pm line 526.
