WebPicID protects individuals with unique Policies and Services that provide Transaction Security.
Every email, purchase, payment, communication with an individual is a transaction.
Payment Policy
WebPicID does not accept bank ot credit cards as payment; we only accepts cash and cash equivalent payments
Privacy Policy
WebPicID asks Members to agree to act as Ladies and Gentlemen on the WebPicID website.
Members agree that WebPicID can terminate their Membership with out compensation if they do something that we do not like.
Employment opportunities
All Members regardless of age a considered contractors for WebPicID, Minors are partnered with their Parent.
Secure Message
Only the Sender and Recipient can read a Secure Message
Safe Purchase
Shop online fill a shopping cart. Do not pay with your bank card.
Log on to WebPicID.com and report a Safe Purchase
WebPicID checks to see if you have the funds on deposit.
If yes we take the funds and check to see if your are a Minor.
If yes WebPicID changes the recipient to the Parent at the Parent's address.
The payment is processed and the goods are shipped.
If the funds are not available the Member gets a message popup:
"Funds are not available, pleas make a payment of $$ and resubmit the Safe Purchase."
Payment options
Cash at any Bank of America, TDBank, Wells Fargo bank branch, or Zell from any financial institution.
Cash at any Bank of Montreal, TD Canada Trust, or EMT from any financial institution.
DO not put your bank card in some trd party database. No charge-backs.

A family is defined as at least one adult and at least one other person.
The Adult is designated the Parent/Guardian of all family Members.
The Parent can add as many family Members and friends as Members regardless of age and relationship.
Secure Message
Only the Sender and Recipient can read a Secure Message and its attachments.
A Secure Message can be sent to any email address.
The actual Secure Message and attachments never leave the Secure WebPicID server.
