The folder has been dissapeared afer changing folder permissions

The folder has been dissapared after I changed permissions under Properties/Security Tab/Edit Permissions/Full Control.
Im unable to bring it back. Control Panel Show Hidden Docs didnt work out.
Please let me know if you can help.
