Spring Security Upgrade and Integration

I'm seeking a knowledgeable developer with expertise in Spring Security to transform my project from the 2.5 version to 3.1. This involves adjusting the security config.xml to align with the latest version requirements. Essential tasks included in this project are:
- Modifying permits
- Refining the security filter chain
- Streamlining the LDAP configuration.
A strong understanding of Security Filter Chain, LDAP Configuration, and Expression-Based Access Control is a must for this task. Moreover, I would like to add a Role-Based Access Control feature to boost project security. Hence, experience in integrating user roles and controlling access based on these is vital. This project requires a developer with solid Spring Security upgrading experience and keen attention to detailed security requirements.
Moreover must work wia teamviewer or anydesk in the client system.
