While troubleshooting, I noticed that the index.php file is infected with malware. Also, the .htaccess file has deny codes in it. I tried to remove the deny codes. But they are being added again.

In ie you will see the security note for SSL but they cannot instll ssl until eveythin is cleaned. On my iphone i see this.
