Site Reliability + Security

I'm looking for someone with vast experience in site security and reliability. The job will be on monthly basis, what you need to do is to keep the site safe, maximize uptime and keep the site up and running. You need to understand structure AWS and DO, managing keys, and be available in case of emergency.
