Setting up freelancer user in Microsoft 365

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me with setting up a user account specifically for the use of freelancers in my business' Microsoft 365. The specific tasks I need help with include:
- User account creation and setup
I also require additional security measures such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
My specific issue is that freelancers are being blocked from accessing our special user account by MFA issues and country location
