We seek an experienced professional to:
Set Up Traccar open-source Environment: - Install and configure the Traccar Server on a Windows-based remote laptop using Visual Studio Code and Docker.
Ensure the server is publicly accessible with HTTPS enabled for secure connections.
Get Mobile Apps ready to work with the Server Environment
Set up Traccar's open-source Android and iOS Client/Manager applications in Visual Studio Code for future modifications.
Compile and build the applications, ensuring full functionality of the SMS Gateway.
Provide the APK and IPA files to test with the server.
Ensure robust security protocols to protect the server and its data.
Deliverables:
Fully operational Traccar Server running on Docker with public HTTPS access.
Source code for Android and iOS applications set up in Visual Studio Code for future edits
Compiled APK and IPA files with the functional SMS Gateway..
Documentation detailing configurations, security measures, and instructions for future edits.
Timeline: Completion is expected within 3 working days from project initiation.
Required Expertise:
Proficiency in Windows OS and Linux, VSCode, Docker, Mysql, and Java server configurations.
Hands-on experience with Traccar setup and customization.
Experience in GIS would be advantageous for future work.
Budget: Traccar charges $50 to set up the server on their hosting environment. I require a similar budget but II am prepared to pay a bit more for local server setup.
