Searching for someone who can get my hotmail back

Someone hacked my hotmail mail address and I can`t get in since some month. Contacting microsoft didn't help either. So I need someone who can hack my hotmail mail address. I need someone with Special knowledge in this area, I made already everything what Microsoft wants from me to reset it.
