Remove malware from 3 domains - fix / harden sites

I have a VPS on dreamhost and several of the domains i host there were hacked with a virus that forwards users away from the site. It's most bad on mobile but sometimes also effects web. I've asked developers to fix this before but its always come back within a day or two.

I need an expert to either guarantee they can purge this malware or to rebuild these domains. First milestone after purge and then next 2 weeks after completion if/when the issue has not occured again.
