We need to be able to see the security questioin in sysadmin.
We need to be able to chek the answer without looking at it.
We need to change nay used security question and answer.
We need a process to ask the Member to answer a secureity question from the list.
We need a process to deal witha n incorrect answer and recor it.
We need to invote the Member to answer a different secutiy question.
Make sure we take picture of the member and continue to record the camaera feed if possible.
IF someone fails to answer all 3 security questions we need to look at the pictures and make sure this is the member.
IF we are not sure we must suspend the account using RBAC.
0-3 in question and answers and a picture mismatch is a fraud attempt.
Freeze all access to all services including profile. Account, report a paymentm sage purchase, secure message. No reading Secure message or sending them.
We need to send a Notification to the member cell phone and parent cell phone and email address.
NOTIFICATION Via text or email NOT Secure Message as the account is blocked.
Someone using your WebPicID account has faialed to answer a security questions and their face is not matching our records.
