Need a virus removed from my website and app

There seems to be a virus embedded in my website and app, with users who have notifications switched on, receiving a notificaion on their mobile or browser, which when clicked on, opens a link to an adult site.

I've deleted my OneSignal and Firebase accounts and the notification still is recived.
