Need to fix "Japanese keyword hack"

I am looking for an expert who knows and has a sample of proof of resolving the "Japanese keyword hack" issue from the google search page.
Whenever we are entering the website on google, along with the website it is showing the meta description in the Japanese text, its a kind of malware file in our website files & I am unable to find the file. The website is built using the "Codeigniter".

Please note that I have already tested with the Google search console fixings so need an experienced person who would fix it in a couple of minutes who knows about it 100%.
