I Need Someone Who Knows How to Set Up a MS Server 2019 for a Small Business

I have a Dell PowerEdge T130 with Server 2019 installed. This server will host a website and little else. It will connect to the outside world via Comcast Business Internet. I need someone who understands how to set up the mass storage, IP address, and set up the security. They will need to figure out how to set up the firewall to let our customers access the site.
The server is in Barrington IL, I'm fine with it all being done remotely if that's possible.
