Move from one hosting provider to another hosting provider

I am looking for a freelancer to help me move everything from my old hosting provider to my new hosting provider and set up everything to work including SSL etc. There are a few small web sites, files not connected to websites and some email accounts. Some of the email accounts contains quite many emails. There are not so much traffic on the web sites but email accounts are important and must have a smooth transfer.
Both new and old hosting providers are shared hosting. The ideal freelancer will have experience with website migration and email account migration and web security.
