Malware on digital ocean droplet

we have received the following mail from digital ocean

We have received a complaint regarding a phishing campaign running on your Droplet.

We haven't heard back, so we have blocked ports 80 and 443 to prevent further harm caused by this content.

Please review the complaint below, take appropriate steps to remove the content, and update us with:

1) What steps you took to resolve the content and
2) How the content was uploaded and
3) What steps you've taken to prevent future phishing content on your Droplet(s)

Once we have that information, we can work towards removing the block.
