Malware Remove from all sites and security setup on Cpanel

Need to completely remove all malware and backdoor on each 27 sites 100%. Check syntax error on each site and remove malware in root directory of each sites. Need to fully secure server and setup security and malware detection system. Need to replace corrupt files on each sites with original clean orignal files for each site.
