a. FORUM login checks the balance of HDL in the user's Algorand wallet
b. FORUM is built with the open-source platform Forem by the team behind Dev.to
c. Devise is used on FORUM to secure login routes.
d. Currently, FORUM login does not pass the Algorand authentication step through Devise.
e. Because of this, FORUM login is not secure.
f. To complete the contract successfully, Devise login routes should be integrated with FORUM's Algorand address login step.
2. Convert the existing forked repos for Dev.to for iPhone and android to work with FORUM.
a. Apple and Android apps must accept the FORUM login (Algorand address balance check).
b. All references to Dev.to and associated branding should be rewritten for FORUM (www.forum.ax).
