Integrate a website with WebAuthn to enable authentication using Yubikey, Google Authenticator

I want to add a 2FA to my PHP website to be able to authenticate using Google Authenticator and Yubico's products (Yubikey ) on both desktop and mobile devices. An experience in prior similar project is required for this work. The freelancer will develop a setup page to allow non technical users easily register their Yubikeys, setup Google's Authenticator and make other setups to choose with authentication mode is to be used. There is also the need to the website admin to disable and remove a lost key and reset new key for a user.
