Google Merchant Center & Google Ad Fix

I'm currently experiencing issues with my Google Merchant Center and Google Ad account. They've been unsuspended due to a malware issue and possible compromise.
I need a professional to help me solve these issues so that my 6 running campaigns on the account can all be functional again. Currently, only 2 out of the 6 are working.
I have not been able to identify the source of these issues.
Primary Goals:
- Restore suspended account and comply with Google's policies
