Get my hacked article directory back up

I have an article directory website that was hacked recently by some "Hack X49 YEMEN" idiot. I was able to get rid of the hacked page but I'm looking for someone who can get the site back up, it uses a MySQL database and you need to restore that also. If you have any idea how it could have been hacked and are able to secure it better that would be great also. There are "setup instructions" for it on the server if you should need any help.
