Fix website security issues

We are the ICT Food Bank, a registered non-profit organization located in Colfax, NC. Our mission is to provide free food assistance to families in Guilford County. Our website is built using WordPress and hosted on SiteGround. They had to bring the website down due to the following: the application hosted on your site has become vulnerable to exploits and creates a serious threat to the integrity of the server. SiteGround has provided what they consider suspicious. We need someone to resolve these issues.
