Fix virus hack on 2 websites. Remove and prevent from happening again

I have 2 websites that look like they have been infected with a virus that I need to cleaned and protected. My SEO is not visible and when you do a side check on google it comes up in weird characters.
The sites are not very big in size as they are very basic business sites and not e-commerce. I have an attachment below with the domain names
