Ethical White Hat

I am looking for an Ethical White Hat that can place systems within our build to prevent an external attack. I am worried that our Custom CMS Build will be exposed to DDOS Attacks, additionally. I need guidance on protection protocols. If I can attack it from the outside surely someone else can. Built with: Node.js + React.js + MongoDB + React Native + Docker + ( APIs)
