I'm seeking an expert to compare the efficiency of homomorphic cryptography algorithms. My task of my thesis is to choose some typical use cases for homomorphic encryption, then implement these use cases in at least three homomorfic encryption frameworks and run some benchmarking, eg number of operations at once, memory/CPU usage, throughput of those frameworks.

Requirements:
- Evaluate homomorphic cryptography
- Benchmark arithmetic operations, data encryption/decryption, and data processing tasks.
- Present findings with clarity and precision.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in cryptography, specifically homomorphic encryption.
- Experience with benchmarking and performance analysis.
