Dual Computer Partition & Web Hosting Set Up (only)

We are in need of an IT professional who can assist us in setting up dual computer partition and firewall users, as well as establish web hosting for our ecommerce site and blogs.
We have a static IPN via NBN.
We have Windows 11 Pro set up currently as "Personal".

Key Requirements:
- Separation of Personal and Work Usage: We'd like to create a clear distinction between our personal and work-related activities. This entails setting up a dual computer system that allows for separate login profiles and security measures. Windows 11 Pro is installed but on a "Personal" setting.
- Web Hosting: We are looking to host a blog and ecommerce site on the web. The IT professional should have good knowledge of web hosting and the hardware requirements to sustain such a venture.
The computer shall support the hosting of a maximum of 3-4 basic websites, one of which for ecommerce.

Web design or hosting is NOT required, set up only.

- We shall be using Squarespace as the platform.

Ideal Experience:
- Living in Australia to ensure live work times match our schedule,
since this will be done remotely and we will be "sitting in"/ watching ALL procedures.
- Proven experience in creating dual computer setups.
- Proficiency in setting up web hosting services/ computer software links,
particularly for ecommerce and blog content.
- Strong knowledge of firewall and security protocols for user partitioning.
