Corporate Website Monthly Upkeep -- 2

Our corporate website needs consistent, dependable monthly care. Every month I’ll provide new copy, images, or small layout tweaks and expect them published promptly, ideally within 24 hours. At the same time the site must stay fast and secure, so core files, plugins, and any server-side dependencies have to be patched as soon as stable releases appear, with verified backups kept off-site before each update.

To keep pages loading briskly I want regular speed tests, cache and database tuning, and a short performance report so I can show stakeholders that we’re hitting sub-three-second page loads. A quick security summary—listing applied patches and any threats blocked—should accompany it.

Deliverables each month:

a) Monitoring & Maintenance
- Regular monitoring and basic web engineering support
- Core/plugin/theme updates and patch installations as needed
- Site backups and restoration support
- Troubleshooting and bug fixes

b) Website Security & Performance
- Basic WordPress security setup with plugins
- Malware/virus scanning and prevention
- Standard website speed optimization and caching setup

c) Website Content Updates & Administration
- Implement and manage website content updates – including but not limited to uploading blogs, updating banners, maintaining the events page, adding student stories, publishing new classes or promotions, and managing shop/product listings.
- Formatting and styling content to match site design and branding
- Manage images/videos (upload, optimise size/format, place correctly)
- Maintain contact/enquiry forms (adding fields, testing functionality)
- Fix broken links flagged by SEO or client
