Cloudflare to access my internal SQL Server

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me set up Cloudflare to access my internal SQL Server on my shared hosting platform. The purpose of this setup is for security reasons.

I already have set up a nginx via http and can access it externally, but I am not able to reproduce the same results via tcp on my internal SQL Server.

The main goal is to access the internal SQL Server externally just like my nginx.

Skills and experience needed for this project include:
- Proficiency in Cloudflare setup and configuration
- Knowledge of SQL Server and database management
- Understanding of shared hosting environments and their limitations
- Experience with optimizing website performance and security measures

The ideal freelancer should be able to:
- Set up Cloudflare to securely access my internal SQL Server on shared hosting
- Configure Cloudflare to enhance the security of my website and protect against potential threats
- Optimize website performance and ensure smooth communication between Cloudflare and the SQL Server
