Cloud Server Cleanup and Optimization

I am experiencing issues with my Hostinger Cloud Enterprise due to exceeding the inode limit. This has resulted in website slowdowns and 503 errors. The Hostinger support team has indicated that my server should not be exceeding the inode limit with a single website, suggesting that I need to clear unnecessary files and plugins from my server.
My website is a combination of a classified platform and a blog. I am currently utilizing SEO, Security, and Image Optimization plugins. I am almost at the minimum number of plugins, so I cannot delete any of the current ones.
I need an expert in hosting, preferably with experience working with Hostinger, to assist me in identifying and deleting unnecessary files. This includes old backups, temporary files, and unused media files. I would like to be involved in the process so that I can learn how to maintain the server in the future.
