Clean infected WP and configure security setings

Hi there,
I have a little website that was hacked over and over again.
It was clean some months ago, I have backup.
Now was injected again, and can't access some pages.
Basically server team did not tell me before to lock read write function (secure website) so everytime the website is being injected with malicious coding.
Furthermore, don't know why WP Cerber is blocking Google Bot, making it unable to crawl website. I already added the IP address to white list, but IP continues to be blocked over and over again.
We want someone to partner with us for long time as we always have tasks to do on website.
For this task 40euro is our budget.
